Hello everyone! I am the owner of Champs’ Fitness. I have been in love with goal dreaming in the fitness and athletic world since I was in junior high. It began as a just a love for volleyball, but as I continued on in my athletic career and became a coach, the fitness passion took over! I am married to a wonderful risk taking, goal driven man as well, Jason. We have been blessed with three children, Alex, Jordyn and Bentlee. We grew up in this area that we are proudly serving now. All three locations have a special place in my heart. Summersville is where I was raised, Eminence is where my coaching dreams took off and landed me in Mountain View where we began this Champs journey!
I have been around exercise, athletics, and fitness my whole life. In the past ten years I have really dove into the science behind fitness and how we can make ourselves feel so much better along with improving our performance. I am a certified trainer and offer individual training, group training,  virtual training on our app, nutritional support and athletic sport specific training for volleyball. I also will coach several through seasonal bootcamps and fitness competitions throughout the year.
My adrenaline comes from seeing others take control of their lives to feel better! There is nothing I love more than a success story about health. My goal for each and every one of you is to feel the best you ever have, physically, mentally and emotionally.

I became interested in fitness about 20 years ago when I hired my own personal trainer to teach me resistance/strength training and I fell in love with this aspect of fitness. I loved how empowered I felt while I was getting stronger and began learning all I could about fitness.

In 2010 I became certified in Zumba, Auqa Zumba and Zumba toning along with PIYO and Turbo Fire. I’ve met many wonderful friends during my time teaching these classes!!!

In 2015 I took one step further and became an independent associate with TruVy Health company, sharing the supplements and health products they have available to keep my body in it’s best shape.

In 2019 I took a nutritional coaching course and became a certified Nutrition Coach throughPrecision Nutrition.

Since Champs Fitness has opened I’ve taught a variety of classes, currently I’m doing a class that combines HIIT, core and strenth training on Monday and Wenesday nights at 5:30pm. I’d love to see you in one of my classes!!

Hello Champs’ family! My name is Noah Jester, and for those of you who do not know who I am, let me introduce myself. I am a Liberty High School alumni. I found early in high school that my passion for pursuing a better self was something I would always want to chase. I was fortunate to see what hard work was able to do for me not only on the athletic fields, but also in everyday life. After a successful high school career in both football & baseball, I was fortunate enough to receive offers to play at the next level. After giving it a shot, I decided that i wanted to dedicate my life to helping others reach their full potential.  I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have always had a passion for helping people, as well as self-betterment. I am excited to work with everyone in the Champ’s fitness community.

Some of you know me but for those who don’t, my name is Erika Woolsey. My husband Jarrod and I have 2 crazy boys, ages 1 and 8. They all keep me busy. I keep up with them by keeping myself in shape.  

I have been around sports and fitness all my life. I grew up doing ballet for 14 years, started playing lacrosse, running track and cross country in high school and college. After college, I still ran some. I found kettlebells and strength training while training to qualify for the Boston Marathon. While training for Boston, I became an RKC (Russian kettlebell challenge) instructor. I have competed in powerlifting competitions as well. I currently train and compete in CrossFit. You could say I am well versed, in sports and fitness.
When you train and workout with me, my goal for you is to do YOUR best. Don’t compare yourself to me or anyone else. Your race, your body, your goal. Your goals are not the same as mine or anyone else’s.

 I was raised in Mountain View/Birch Tree. I attended school at Liberty were I played football, baseball and track! After high school I went and played college football while pursuing a degree! During the process I received my certification through ISSA and have been a strength coach for 1 year! I currently hold multiple certifications in the fitness industry that have/will continue to help my clients reach their full potential!

Zumba Instructor

Jackie Brown earned her Zumba Instructor certification in Brazil in 2016, where she lived while dancing as part of the Olympic Ceremonies cast. She loves to have fun and help others reach their own goals – in fitness and in life. She is an accomplished performer and dance teacher; her competition team has been state champions three times and they performed at world championships in 2022. Now that she has her own family to raise she’s bringing her talents back home to Mountain View to make every Zumba class feel like a party!

Yoga Instructor

Kellyn has been practicing Yoga since 2014. What started as a journey to get back in shape after having her daughter in 2013, led to a lifelong journey that she immediately knew she couldn’t live without.  Kellyn began this journey with just a simple Yoga Flow she discovered one November afternoon in a Women’s Health Magazine. This flow took 15 minutes of her time and what she discovered the first day was that it wasn’t easy. Over the next several weeks Kellyn began to see her body change.
In 2020 She began her Yoga teacher training and opened her own studio.
When attending one of Kellyn’s classes you will find her style of teaching to incorporate physical work as well as internal emotional work.  She will challenge you to move through your Vinyassa Power Flow with your breath while staying focused on clearing your mind.  She will also guide you through Yin Yoga to focus on only your breathing and complete relaxation of your body.
